for a school project, e had to present a randomly picked teacher with something special…what better than cupcakes?! for st. patrick’s day this week - “green velvet” cupcakes with amazing cream cheese frosting…hope everyone enjoys!

Happy Super Bowl weekend!…a little late. These cupcakes were obviously for a Packer’s fan. Another entire afternoon spent baking and we ended up with these: chocolate velveat with cream cheese icing, vanilla white cake with buttercream icing, maple syrup carrot cake with cream cheese icing & chocolate oreo with buttercream icing—a few classics mixed with some new flavors. It also happened to conveniently be Tiffany’s aunt’s birthday so we double batched. The carrot cake was her favorite and especially yummy, definitely one to try again! Enjoy these, everybody!

yes! we love them! in fact, “hello, cupcake!” was the first book we had, and it can be said that it inspired our little cupcaking adventure. we would recommend that book to anyone, it shows how fun cupcaking is!
